How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?

We are very particular about the people we recruit to carry out our cleaning and home help services. All team members are DBS (criminal record) checked, have had reference and background checks and are fully trained to meet our very high standards. It's also really important to us that every member of the team is friendly, polite and respectful to every single one of clients, it's a non negotiable part of the job as far as we are concerned.

Will I have the same Cleaner/Home-Helper at every visit?

Yes, we assign the same person to attend your home so you can enjoy continuity of service. If your usual Cleaner/Home-Helper is sick or on holiday we will ensure another member of the team covers your usual visit or rearrange the original visit if you would prefer.

Will I meet my Cleaner/Home-Helper before they start work at my home?

If you are hiring one of our Home Helpers as part of our Senior Support Service we always like to do an assessment prior to starting so that elderly/disabled clients and family members can meet their Home-Helper and discuss their requirements. You are not obliged to have this assessment but we think its a good idea, especially for older people, for peace of mind and familiarity.  If you just require our domestic cleaning and housekeeping services we would not normally visit prior to starting however, we are more than happy to arrange a meet and greet in the first instance if that is what you would prefer.

Do I need to have any special cleaning materials or equipment?

No, we will use your normal every day cleaning products and equipment to clean your home. We are more than happy to provide our own cleaning products for a small extra charge, if you would prefer.

How long will it take to clean my home?

The average 3 bedroom home will take around 2 to 3 hours to clean, depending on size. This would include but is not limited to polishing of surfaces, vacuuming throughout, mopping of hard floors and bathrooms cleaned. We recommend leaving a list of tasks for your cleaner in priority order so that you can get the most out of your cleaning service. Our cleaners are efficient and thorough and will do as much as they can in the time booked. Our service is tailored to you, the customer, so feel free to amend certain tasks to suit your requirements.

Can you clean when I'm not home?

Yes, of course. We will keep your keys secured in a key safe at all times, unless in use. They will be made unidentifiable to anyone other than the Company with no name or address attached.

Do I have to have a Clean or Help Service every week?

No, our service is completely flexible. You can book us every week, fortnightly, monthly or just as a one-off. All we ask is that at least 24 hours notice is provided and we will do our upmost to ensure we are there when you need us.

How much do your services cost?

We charge a flat hourly rate for every service allowing you the flexibility of choice. So you can have an hour of cleaning and an hour of ironing one week and two hours of cleaning the next without any fluctuation in price and there are no hidden costs. Am I tied into a contract?

No, none of customers are tied into a contract. We want our customers to have compete flexibility when it comes to using any of our services. We only require 24 hours notice for cancellation - no costs incurred. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
